Any first time cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be excused. On the second cancellation (within 24 hours), 50% of your scheduled appointment will be charged to your credit card. On the third cancellation, the card on file will be charged 100% of the cost of the booked service. No-shows will not be tolerated, after one no-show, the card on file will be charged 50% of the booked service and the client will no longer be allowed to book appointments. If more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, it will be rescheduled.
